The following 9 pages were taken during the 2 day reunion held in San Antonio, Texas on November 11 & 12, 1999. The first 50 pix were taken in the hospitality room where we spent thursday nite. On Friday morning we rented a bus to Del Rio, Texas where we toured the Amistad Dam and the new dock built just for the Laughlin personnel. Then we drove through the city and looked for our old homes. Rick's Apartments appeared to be very popular in 1968. Then we attended an Air Force ceremony where the graduates from the Tweet were given their assignments, either a T-38 (for Fighters & Bombers) or T-1s (for Cargo) or T-44s (for C-130s). They will graduate 6 months from now and get their airplanes and their assignments. We then went to the Link Trainer (now they actually move). On to the flight-line where they had all 3 planes set up as a static display. Then a pavilion for beer and a cookout for the troups. Later - dinner at the combined O'Club then the bus trip back to the Crocket Hotel beside the Alamo.

Saturday at 5:00 we met for a picture in front of the Alamo. Wow, what a gaggle. At ??:00 hours, (I forget that military time stuff) we walked to the River Walk for a dinner while floating down the river, it was KOOOL. Followed by dancing at Polly Ester's nite club. Many goodbyes!
