By far the best meal we ate was at this restaurant in Madaba. We ate family style and had 9 dishes served to us before the entre of mixed kabab. mmm mmm good!

We walked through downtown Madaba to a church.

In Madaba, Jordan, we visited a church that had the oldest map of the middle east in a ceramic mural on the floor. The travelers from the east would visit, copy the map and continue on their journey toward Egypt or Israel.  Mo was our guide for 5 days thru Jordan, he explained the ancient map.
