the city. And they were wonderful. |

| The water was not discriminatory, On the south shore of Lake Ponchatrain, this upscale neighborhood had 3 feet of water in all of the raised homes. |

| This home in the lower Ninth had water up to the middle of the windows. It had been moved off of its foundation and into the street. |
